REQUIREMENTS:-

1.   You must ensure your dog is fully vaccinated against Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Distemper and Canine (kennel) Cough comprising    Adneovirus Type 2, Parainfluenza and Bordetella Bronchiseptica components. Your pet must be de-flead and wormed.
2.     Owners must provide all information regarding special diets, allergies or medication that may pose a risk to your pet and/or others. 
3.     Owners must provide all information regarding behaviour problems.
4.     Proprietors accept no financial responsibility for lost/damaged collars, leads, bedding, toys, carry cages etc.
5.     Proprietors and their employees will take all reasonable care to provide a safe and healthy environment.
6.     No boarding allowable for any female dog (bitch) while "in season" during peak holiday periods.
7.     Proprietors are not held responsible for injury, death, escape or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to dog(s).
8.   Proprietors have full authority to seek veterinary assistance and/or any anaesthetic or surgery, including transport cost at my expense.
9.     Should it be deemed necessary by the veterinary, the owner consents to euthanasia.
10.   In the unlikelihood of death, proprietors are authorised to arrange an autopsy at my expense, to ascertain cause of death, including the possibility of disease.
11.   Abandoned pets: Proprietors shall have the right to dispose of the animal(s) 10 days after due pick-up date. This shall not release the owner from liability for any unpaid fees or charges.
12.   Proprietors reserve the right to charge for facilities for all days booked including unused days and late cancellations.
13.   Cancellation of confirmed bookings within 48 hours of commencement are charged $25.00 per booking.
By boarding your dog(s) with us, you agree to all of the above terms.
